Today, Erik Cavarra outlines the latest Housing Statistics for Snowmass Village, Colorado.  It is off to a busy start this June & July, with many showings taking place and both Single Family & Condominium properties going under contract.  There have been (18) SF Home Sales since January 1, 2017, and (47) Condominium Sales.  There are (17) properties pending/under contract.  Fractional Sales remain similar to last year with the Residences at Snowmass Club receiving (7) sales in the same period of time with (1) Pending/Under Contract.

Construction has begun for the new Limelight Hotel in Snowmass Village, with East West beginning a new era in the development of the Base Village area.
