“As an owner of two two-bedroom shares at the Private Residence at the Snowmass Club, I am of the opinion that we have one of the best, if not the best and most unique facility in the entire valley. Not only do we have on-site premises and access to a first rate athletic club, which offers outstanding services and amenities in addition to many programs and group activities, but we are also fortunate to have out our back door an world class 18 hole golf course.
The décor, furnishings and quality of our units make my second home a very comfortable enjoyable experience. Every staff member goes out of his or her way to make sure that each owner’s needs and wants are addressed. To me walking out the front door, getting in a warm vehicle, driven to the bottom of Two Creeks where my skis and boots await me in a warm locker, jumping on an almost empty chair lift and whisked to the top of the mountain is so much better than most ski-in ski-out locations. In addition to all the tangible qualities of ownership, it is life long friendships and interactions with other owners that make me very glad I chose to invest in and be an owner at the Private Residence at the Snowmass Club.”
