Today, Erik Cavarra highlights the Luxury Marketplace within the Pines, Owl Creek Townhomes, and Two Creeks areas. A look at the historical sales trends from 2006 to present indicate an unsettled movement in the marketplace with strong decreases in value since the collapse in the economy during the 08′-09′ periods. However, with sales occurring during the 2011 – 2014 time frame, it has brought a strengthening presence back to the Snowmass Area. Sales are taking place, but value is derived based upon intrinsic value characteristics of the subject property with some consideration given to market generalizations.
